Everything we use in our daily life began in someone's mind as an idea. Everything we use in our daily lives have been created, assembled, delivered, sold, resold, restored, used, serviced and passed on to us by thousands if not millions of different people. People from different backgrounds, religions, ethnicities/races, political affiliation and/or sexual orientations have made it possible so you can enjoy the convenience of this life...... But by all means separate yourself from everybody else with your simple minded thought processes that the group you disagree with hasn't had a hand in giving you the convenient lifestyle that you have come to know. Keep watching the tv and allowing it to feed you the illusion that you we're are separate from everybody else and your views should dominate anothers. We are connected in many ways, please open your mind and think about that for a moment. Especially while you judge another and feel you are better than them. If it promotes the division of the people, it's a lie. -DMS

It is unfortunate that excuses run our society today. Most of society is caught in this trap of "the valid excuse". Someone speeding as they drive erratically, weaving through traffic, racing to the next red light only to be stopped and have everyone they passed catch up to them; clueless to this fact. They may be running late, it could be an emergency, but either way they are unaware that they aren't getting there any faster. Until their impatience gets the best of them and they do it..... they run the red light and t-bone another vehicle. Ruining the lives of the people in the other vehicle and making their day even worse. All the while they could've made a phone call and explained they were on their way or going to be late. They're are many examples I could use where this excuse based mentality does more damage than being honest. Think about your situation before you focus on the excuse your attempting to formulate. Why not accept the situation as it is before increasing the probability of making it worse on yourself and involving others.
